I read that I need to make sure the installation account has 'Enterprise Admin' and 'Schema Admin' rights. I was able to add 'Enterprise Admin' rights via the 'Member of..', but 'Schema Admin' does not even appear in the box. Where do I find this?? Perhaps the back-door account that needs to be there to administer them is still floating out there and you have the correct rights to that user. If so, change the password for that user, login as them, and give Admin rights back to the Admin account before you nuke the account or its rights.

Local Admin Rights
We want to have our support and admin staff be able to log onto our W2K desktops with full local administrator rights. All other users needed to have a restricted desktop environment. Also we need to be able to manage these permission groups via AD. We do not want these users to have Domain Admin rights.
